TERMS AND PROCESS OF COOPERATION
1. TRANSPARENCY
We value full transparency in every aspect of our work. From the very beginning, we clearly explain how we operate, what’s included in our service, and what the construction costs will be. During the project, we diligently carry out the agreed tasks and present the final results.
2. INITIAL ESTIMATE
To prepare a preliminary cost estimate, we require technical documentation including:
- Floor plans
- Structural cross-sections
The documentation should include precise dimensions of the structure to allow accurate material calculations. The more detailed the documentation, the more precise the quote. The estimate also takes into account the construction site location, transportation, and on-site installation with all necessary accessories.
3. SCOPE OF WORK AND CONTRACT
We discuss the detailed scope of work, which includes:
- Preparation of the structural technical design.
- Delivery of CLT panels (external & internal walls, ceilings, roof).
- On-site assembly of the CLT house structure.
- Roof construction.
Once the contract is approved, we prepare a personalized technical design including structural calculations.
4. CLT PANEL PRODUCTION
CLT panels are manufactured using the latest technologies according to the approved specification. All production-related decisions must be finalized at least 8 weeks in advance to ensure smooth execution and high build quality.
5. CLT PANEL INSTALLATION
The most critical stage is the assembly of the CLT panels, which are transported to the construction site. Access roads must be properly prepared. We manage logistics carefully to ensure an efficient and effective installation, guaranteeing full satisfaction with the construction process.

Do the CLT timber homes you offer have any temperature-related issues?
CLT solid wood homes do not overheat in summer. In winter, proper insulation ensures optimal indoor temperatures. This provides excellent comfort while significantly reducing heating and cooling costs.
Do timber homes positively impact health?
Yes. Wooden buildings have a proven positive effect on health. Studies conducted in nurseries and preschools show that children living or staying in wooden buildings get sick less often. That’s because wood “breathes” with the people who live in it.

CLT LUX HOMES was born out of a love for nature. Environmental care is our priority. One of our solutions tackles the global water shortage problem:
– We collect and reuse rainwater.
– We also implement greywater systems – for example, water from handwashing is filtered to remove detergents and reused.
These systems have a positive environmental impact and align with our sustainable philosophy.
What is a structural technical design?
It is a necessary document to obtain building permits and use approvals.
It includes building plans and structural cross-sections derived from a BIM model. We provide complete structural calculations, optimize the load-bearing system and cross-sections.
We prepare the official technical documentation in 2D drawings, exported from the BIM model.
